Available in the Clover® App Market, eGiftSolutions is the gift card program of choice for Clover® merchants nationwide!

Installation and Setup

In order to use the eGiftSolutions app, you will need, at minimum, the Register Lite Service Plan and an eGiftSolutions account. You may activate the Register Lite Service Plan via the Clover App Market.

Following are step-by-step instructions to get started:
  1. Choose a gift card design from our many standard options. You can also have a gift card custom designed. Check out all the options in our design gallery.
  2. If you haven’t already, activate the Register Lite Service Plan and download the eGiftSolutions app via the Clover App Market.
  3. Complete the setup process by email sales@egiftsolutions.com to get started. Or call tech support 1-800-966-5520 Opt 3.
  4. Once the design is complete, we’ll email you an electronic preproduction proof in PDF format for approval before printing your cards.
  5. As soon as the proof is approved and payment is received, your gift cards will go into production.
  6. When your cards are in production, you’ll receive a Marketing Kit with tools to promote your gift card program such as window clings, stickers, envelopes, and a countertop display with a gift card holder.
  7. Once your cards arrive, go into the eGiftSolutions App and press “Activate”. Your Activation command is sent to our system. At that time, eGiftSolutions will be ready to work in your Clover® Station!

Troubleshooting/FAQ

eGiftSolutions works with Clover Station 1.0, Clover Station 2.0, Clover Mini, Clover Flex, and Clover Mobile devices. The app requires the Register, Counter Service Restaurant, or Table Service Restaurant Service plan per device.

You can only activate cards that have never been activated or deactivated. If your card doesn’t accept the activation transaction, try adding value to the card. If that doesn’t work, please contact Technical Support at 800-966-5520 — Option 3.

The card was likely redeemed for a partial amount because there weren’t sufficient funds on the card. Continue the transaction by taking a different form of payment for the remaining balance. You can check the balance of the gift card you just used in the eGiftSolutions App.

While printed gift cards are non-refundable once a proof is approved, there are no cancellation fees. Please see program terms and conditions for complete details.
